Custom Plate Builder — any mill, any size

Not every job fits a stock OEM plate. The Tosa Tool Custom Plate Builder lets you configure a made-to-order modular subplate for Haas, Brother, Tormach, Doosan/DN Solutions, Mazak, Okuma, and mills that aren’t in a dropdown — including oddball tables and oversize envelopes.

Design a modular plate for anything and get it to your door in 3–6 weeks (depending on options). We’ll contact you with shipping options once the plate is complete.

What you can build

Tosa Tool hole pattern (TT)

When you choose the TT pattern, you get two nestled 1.2500″ grids on the same plate:

• Precision bore grid: Ø.5010″ ±.0002 TYP on 1.2500″ centers
• Threaded hole grid: 1/2-13 UNC 2B thru TYP on 1.2500″ centers, with Ø.5625 × .19 counterbore (~3/16″ deep)

Bores and threads alternate (neighboring holes on 0.625″ centers) so modular clamps, pins, vises, and kits line up from plate to plate.
