Excellent NEW design for Modular Fixture SubPlates! Very flexible and cost effective Subplate design for the Tormach 1100 cnc mill, keep the center slot, Use it as a Extension plate, Use 2 and have a very long precision work space, or rotate them 90 degrees for extra mounting on the Y axis. This is the versatility you are looking for in a Modular Subplate!

The TT1100VMS is 24″x10″x.8″ and precision machined from a 50 Series fixturing steel, ground parallel within .002″ and come with a hot black oxide finish for protection from the elements.

We will make a cost effective version of this for ANY mill, just ask!

Please note: all custom products need to be made from scratch. This generally means 4-6 weeks minimum (steel needs to be ordered, cut to size, ground, machined, finished, packaged and shipped). Need a design for something different? Call 608-721-8665 today!

Description

The newly designed VMS (Versatile Modular SubPlate) series from Tosa Tool evolved from a Tormach customers request for flexible fixturing for his series of oversize parts. He required the ability to get long parts between his 4th axis and center and also wanted to keep the modular benifits on the machine as well. We designed this for him. Adding a .625″ slot down the centedr of the plate really adds alot of flexibility. Make it a 24″ extension plate, keep it centered as a modular base plate, use 2 for a very long modular plate, or rotate it 90 degrees for more room on the y axis! This plate design we will make for any CNC mill, we generally keep more than one in stock for Tormach 1100 customers. Contact us today if you need one designed and made for your CNC mill.

To order simply purchase the plate, then during checkout state the machine you own and your particular 4th axis in the notes section of the checkout process.
