These years have been “interesting” to say the least. Covid-19, Supply chain problems, material shortages, worker shortages (and wage/benifit issues), and now inflation / market fluctuations are making it “DIFFICULT” for small businesses to say the least. Almost impossible. Never the less we have soldiered on. In September of 2021 we added another VMC to bring more production of our products in-house as our global suppliers have become less than reliable, we are currently producing 98% of all of our products inhouse, and the balance are “MADE IN THE USA” we are very proud to say.

We have become leaner and much more self reliant while adding key new pieces of machinery.

A new custom modular plate configuration page and several new Modular Vise components are almost ready. Several design changes to the TT6INMV have made it more rugged and reliable as well. New Heavy Duty G-Nobs are on the way as requested by our customers.

Also in these years we have decided to invest in and get trained in our own VMC Repair, Calibration and Maintenance Services. New Mitutoyo Calibration Bars, Renishaw Ball Bar and various Yaskawa tools have made the upkeep of our VMCs much more manageable and accurate for our products. Tosa Tool inspects and adjusts each machine 6 times a year, Ballscrew Mapping and Ballbar testing and calibration. We now offer these services to our customers as well.

If you have had a difficult time with us during these years, are missing a piece from a kit or felt like you didn’t recieve the service you deserve we sincerely apologize first and foremost, and please give us a call or drop us an email to qc-jerri@tosatool.com so we can listen to your concerns and do our best to repair your trust in us.
