Aluminum Modular Base Plates

• 6061-t6 Al extruded to 1.0″ on thickness.

• Threaded holes (1/2-13). Accurate in size and location for spaced 1.250″ apart

• Precision bored .5005″ diameter holes. Accurate to within +/-.0003″ on location, spaced 1.250″ apart for versatility and easy fixture design

• 3 standard sizes to choose from 12″x12″, 24″x12″ , and 36″x12″

• Simple design ensures this plate will work with all mills. GREAT for a Bridgeport Style Knee Mill! Add more bolt down positions for your mill easily if needed

• Add a Vise Mounting Bar for Fast and Easy install if you generally have 2 vises on your small mill

• For Best Precision, fly cut surface on your mill after you mount

These aluminum baseplates are on all of our small mills here, we just add a few extra boltdown positions and flycut the top and they are perfect, very inexpensive as well. We have been using them for years. Bought more last week.

We have several knee mills. Save hundreds everytime we buy one. They work great and the guys love how easy it is to setup jobs. Great and inexpensive solution.
