We are proud to offer Tosa Tool Modular Fixturing for use with them.

As a standard we offer plates in:

PH = 4140 PreHard Steel (Excellent Strength and Durability)

MC = Medium Carbon Steel (Strong Steel, Long Life)

AL = 7075-T6 Aluminum (Light But Strong, Popular Choice)

We DO NOT stock these plates. All are MADE TO ORDER, delivery is generally 3-6 weeks depending on order

Tosa Tool Modular Fixturing has changed the pace of our shop considerable. We now move jobs from one machine to another effortlessly and our setups go up in 1/3rd the time. 6 machines, all with a TT modular plate. (get the plugs and setscrews right away!)

We purchased a Tormach® machine to trim plastic thermoset (fiberglass) parts which we mold. Dan programed the Tormach® to trim one of our parts, built a fixture for it, came to our shop, set up the machine and taught us how to use it. As we add additional parts, I’m Sure that we will have Dan assist us in doing that.
