  • 4th Axis Extension Plate

    This fixture plate allows Tormach® (and other mill) owners to extend the length of their PCNC1100 & 770 table for the purpose of keeping the 4th axis mounted and usable at all times. To order simply purchase the plate, then during checkout state the machine you own (PCNC1100® or 770) and the 4th axis type in the notes section of the checkout process. Please note: all DESIGN READY products need to be made from scratch. This generally means 4-6 weeks minimum (steel needs to be ordered, cut to size, ground, machined, finished, packaged and shipped).   • The Tosa Tool .625" shank turning tool kit is designed to work with the vertical turning holder shown above. Available with several different grades of inserts, both coated and uncoated. These are great all turning projects, with angles and chipbreakers for all applications. If you need a custom holder for your vertical turning project let us know right away!
  • This clamp allows you to run a (really inexpensive) Harbor Freight 4.3 AMP, 25,000 RPM spindle on your Tormach PCNC 1100. This is excellent for cutting wood, plastics, aluminum, and other high RPM applications.

To order simply purchase the plate, then during checkout state the style of mounting you require (Modular, Tormach770 or 1100) in the notes section of the checkout. Please note: these plates are "Design Ready" which means that we have a CAD file for them but they are NOT available for next day shipping. You will generally wait 4-6 weeks based on current workload.
