PH = 4140 PreHard Steel (Excellent Strength and Durability)

MC = Medium Carbon Steel (Strong Steel, Long Life)

AL = 7075-T6 Aluminum (Light But Strong, Popular Choice)

and the TOSA TOOL HOLE PATTERN
