This fixture plate allows Tormach® (and other mill) owners to extend the length of their PCNC1100 & 770 table for the purpose of keeping the RapidTurn® mounted and usable at all times.

To order simply purchase the plate, then during checkout state the style of mounting you require (Modular, Tormach770 or 1100) in the notes section of the checkout.

Please note: these plates are “Design Ready” which means that we have a CAD file for them but they are NOT available for next day shipping. You will generally wait 4-6 weeks based on current workload.

Pictures show the Tosa Tool RapidTurn® Extension Plate. This fixture plate allows Tormach® owners to extend the length of their PCNC1100® & 770 table for the purpose of keeping the RapidTurn® mounted and usable at all times. The basic fixture plate comes with all mounting hardware to fully utilize all the capabilities of this exceptionally useful table extension. Imagine never having to take off your heavy RapidTurn® again! Plate is machined from ground and hardened 4140 steel, custom keyed for a precision fit to your Tormach 1100,700 table or Tosa Tool Modular Fixturing Base Plate and the RapidTurn® Spindle.
