2020 here started with a BANG, new products and new machinery had us off and soaring to an excellent year.

Our biggest new product is the six inch modular vise. Designed to be very rugged and simply designed this small but tough vise is a perfect match for your Modular Fixturing Sub Plate from Tosa Tool. With unlimited size, G-NOB low profile clamping and compatibility with the standard Kurt 6 inch vise jaw, this product very useful. We also now carry G-NOB low profile clamping jaws for the 5″ 6″ and 8″ machine tool vises.

On the new services side we added large Mitutoyo Calibration Bars and a Reinishaw BallBar for our CNC inspection and calibration services, we now do ballscrew mapping as well as ballbar calibration of vertical and horizontal CNC mills!

Then came the corona virus from China. Havoc. This year we have struggled quite a bit with the setbacks that it has delivered. We stayed open during the entire shutdowns but some of our partners struggled to stay open and we also lost some employees during these times. We have done our best but some deliveries have been delayed and some of our customers have had to wait. We are currently (October of 2020) catching up and getting all orders completed. ALL of our partners (grinding and metal finishing mainly) are back up and working full hours. If you are still waiting for a order from Tosa Tool, you will receive it soon.
