The Tosa Tool Aluminum Vise Cube 002 is a 3.5″ square soft jaw double vise, designed to give you the excellent precision and repeat ability of vise soft jaws in a small space. Get as many on your mill as you can. Take them off and put them back on exactly where they were before on a Tosa Tool Modular Fixturing Plate (slot to locate in keyway also). Awesome.

Description
The Tosa Tool Aluminum Vise Cube is just plain old cool (pun)! A little Cube Vise at 3.5″ square, the whole thing is a soft jaw! Excellent if you have small part production, get as many on your CNC as possible. These little vises re-position EXACTLY on your modular plate and bolt down with the included Tosa Tool 562 Locating Bolts. Each Kit also includes 2 pcs 1″ .500 Dowel pins, and 2 tightening shims. We designed these after a customer came to us requesting help getting as many of their small machined parts on their Tosa Tool TT1100H as possible, allowing them to get large batches done and only tending to the mill once every few hours. They had 2 double vises, but that only allowed them to get 8 pcs done in a cycle, the new setup with the Vise Cubes allowed for 30 pcs in a single cycle. All they could say was AWESOME!
